Surfers Paradise Beach Units (SPBU) is a popular 3 1/2 star medium rise (7 storey) holiday apartment complex right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. SPBU is situated in a quiet tree lined street off from the Esplanade and Gold Coast Highway.

The complex consists of 1 and 2 bedroom self contained holiday apartments, all with a sunny aspect and some with ocean views and only a stone's throw from the warm blue waters of the Pacific Ocean (80m walk to the patrolled beach). Famous Cavill Ave and Orchid Ave have a variety of restaurants, shopping and night life which are only a 200m from Surfers Paradise Beach Units. The local bus stops (to the theme parks, Pacific Fair, Casino etc) are all a short walk from the complex and the local Woolworth's and IGA supermarkets are only a 3 minute walk.

SPBU welcomes overnight and longer stays. The apartments offer a great deal of flexibility, and can accommodate couples, families and groups. The complex has security parking, BBQ area and a solar heated rooftop pool which offers views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta and of the beautiful hinterland and beach.
